Deep Value Driller AS – Notice of annual general meeting

Oslo, 23 May 2025: Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company") hereby calls for its annual general meeting to be held on Friday, 6 June 2025 at 11:00 CEST (the "AGM"). The AGM will be held as a digital meeting only, accessible via Microsoft Teams.

The notice of the AGM, including the board's proposed resolutions and the notice of attendance and proxy form, is attached to this announcement and available on the Company's website, www.deepvaluedriller.no. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the AGM by casting their votes in advance or by granting a proxy to the chair of the board with voting instructions. See further details in the attached notice.

As set out in item 6 of the attached notice, the board of directors proposes that the AGM resolves to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 0.25 per share, in total approximately NOK 23.3 million. Key information relating to the proposed cash dividend will be included in a separate stock exchange notice.
