KEY INFORMATION RELATING TO THE CASH DIVIDEND TO BE PAID BY DEEP VALUE DRILLER AS

Oslo, 24 June 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Deep Value Driller AS ("DVD") earlier today. As set out in the notice, the board of directors has resolved to distribute a dividend in the amount of NOK 1.50 per share, in total approximately NOK 130 million.

The dates relevant to the proposed dividend distribution are set out below:

Dividend amount: NOK 1.50 per share

Announced currency: NOK

Last day including right: 25 June 2024

Ex-date: 26 June 2024

Record date: 27 June 2024

Payment date: On or about 1 July 2024

Date of approval: 24 June 2024

The distribution shall constitute repayment of paid in capital by the shareholders of DVD.
