3 April 2024: Gunnar Hvammen, board member and primary insider of Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company"), has on 2 April 2024 acquired 1,000,000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 27.15 per share, acting through Solan Capital AS. Following the transaction, Gunnar Hvammen and his closely associated companies hold 8,000,000 shares, equivalent to approximately 9.3% of the Company's share capital, in addition to 2,433,333 warrants.
