1 March 2023: Gunnar Hvammen, board member and primary insider of Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company"), has today acquired 1,500,000 shares in the Company at a price of NOK 19.86 per share, acting through Thabo Energy AS. Following the transaction, Gunnar Hvammen and his closely associated companies hold 7,000,000 shares, equivalent to approximately 8.07% of the Company's share capital, in addition to 2,433,333 warrants.
