10 June 2022: Reference is made to the annual general meeting in Deep Value Driller AS (the "Company") on 8 June 2022, including the election of Glen Ole Rødland as a new member of the Company's board of directors and the issuance of 300 000 warrants to Mr. Rødland.

Mr. Rødland has today, acting through Corona Maritime AS, subscribed for 300 000 warrants, each giving a right to one new share, on the terms resolved by the general meeting. See the enclosed form for further details.
