With respect to the captioned subject, we wish to inform you that we had filed the Intimation of Allotment of Shares to eligible employees under “DEE ESOP Scheme 2023” on 12[th] June, 2025.

This is with reference to point K in the Disclosures Pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, wherein we had inadvertently missed mentioning the distinctive numbers of shares allotted.

Accordingly, we are submitting herewith the revised disclosure in Annexure A , duly incorporating the distinctive numbers of the shares allotted.

We wish to clarify that, except for the above-mentioned correction, there is no change in the contents of the disclosure submitted to the stock exchanges on 12[th] June, 2025.
