Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, We hereby inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated June 12, 2025, has approved an allotment of 74,296 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees of the Company pursuant to the exercise of options under " DEE ESOP Scheme 2023" at the exercise price of Rs. 10/- per equity share.

These shares shall rank pari passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

We further inform you that, post allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 69,05,40,780/-consisting of 6,90,54,078 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 69,12,83,740/-consisting of 6,91,28,374 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee meeting commenced at 10:00 A.M and concluded at 11:00 A.M.
