Sub: Intimation of Allotment of 1,34,968 Equity Shares to eligible employees under DEE Employee Stock Option Plan 2023 "DEE ESOP 2023"

Dear Sir/Madam,

We hereby inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (“Compensation Committee”) of the Board of Directors of the Company vide its resolution dated 29[th] October, 2025, has approved the allotment of 1,34,968 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees of the Company pursuant to the exercise of options under DEE ESOP 2023 at the exercise price of Rs. 10/- per equity share.

These equity shares shall rank pari passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

We further inform you that, post allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 69,12,83,740/-consisting of 6,91,28,374 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 69,26,33,420/-consisting of 6,92,63,342 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The detailed disclosure required in terms of Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021 is enclosed herewith as Annexure-1.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee meeting commenced at 06:00 P.M and concluded at 07:15 P.M.
