Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices (“Code”) and SEBI PIT Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons from 1[st] April, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year and 4[th] quarter ending on 31[st] March, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges.
The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year and 4[th] quarter ending on 31[st] March, 2025 shall be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
