Sub: Closure of Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended (“SEBI PIT Regulations”)
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices (“Code”) and SEBI PIT Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons from Tuesday, 1[st] July, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1[st] quarter ending on 30[th] June, 2025 to the Stock Exchanges.
The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the 1[st] quarter ending on 30[th] June, 2025 shall be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
The above information is already being informed to the Designated Persons (Directors, Promoters, Key Managerial Personnel and relevant employees etc.) and immediate relatives of the Designated Persons in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company.
