Dear Sir/ Madam,
Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Disclosure Practices (“Code”) and SEBI PIT Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons from 1st July, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30[th] June, 2024 to the Stock Exchanges.
The date of meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ending on 30[th] June, 2024 shall be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
