Dear Sir/Madam,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that Import Bond Section, Jawaharlal Nehru Customs House (JNCH), Nhava Sheva have, vide their E- mail dated 19.07.2024, imposed a fine of INR 2,00,000/- (INR Two Lakhs only) on the Company under Regulation Section 117 of the Custom Act, 1962.
The Customs Authority has imposed the penalty because export shipment has been lying at Bonded warehouse since August’22 due to Russia Ukraine war.
The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I .
