In terms of provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from June 26, 2024 till 48 hours from the date of Board Meeting where in the financial results of the Company for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2024 will be approved.
The date of the Board Meeting on which the said results will be considered shall be intimated in due course of time.
