Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that Assistant Commissioner, Division-Faridabad, Central Goods & Services Tax Commissionerate, Faridabad, Haryana, Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India have, vide their letter dated 01.01.2024, issued notice of Rs. 68,20,006/- (Sixty-Eight Lacs Twenty Thousand Six rupees only) in connection with discrepancy in the GST returns after scrutiny for Financial Year 202021.
The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I .
