Sub: Outcome of the Board of Directors meeting held today i.e. 7[th] November 2025 as per Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Dear Sir/ Madam,
We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and approved inter-alia the following matter in their meeting held today i.e. 7[th] November, 2025:
To consider and approve suspension of the enabling resolution passed for fund raising.
The Board had passed an enabling resolution on 19[th ] September, 2025, for a potential fundraise to meet working capital needs, arising from sooner than expected orders in the thermal power sector. These orders are now progressing largely in line with our original timeline, with only minor delays.
Our cash inflows from operations have improved, and with the newly sanctioned limits from our banking partners, we do not foresee any challenges in meeting our working capital requirements for the time being. Accordingly, The Board has decided to temporarily suspend the proposed equity fundraise plan for the time being.
