Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, August 14, 2024, to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2024 and any other matter.
Further, as already informed, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024 for the Designated Persons i.e. Directors, Identified Employees/Persons, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters of the Company including the Immediate Relatives of the Designated Persons of the Company and for the Connected Persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor, and Report Trading by Insiders.
