Additional Listing

An application for admission to the Premium Segment of the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the following:

·      Additional 30,000 for the existing Save As You Earn block listing;

·      70,000 for a new blocklisting in relation to Global Save As You Earn Plan 2018;

·      175,000 for a new blocklisting in relation to Long Term Incentive Plan 2017.

These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in issue.  It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 6 March 2020.
