An application for admission to the Premium Segment of the Official List has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for an increase of 133,129 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in relation to the existing block listing (the Shares) for the Company's following schemes:
· Save As You Earn: 30,000;
· Long-Term Incentive Scheme: 103,129.
These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in issue. It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 3 September 2019.
