Additional Listing

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 70,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following scheme:

Scheme	Shares
Save As You Earn (SAYE)	14,000
Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)	56,000

These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in issue.  It is expected that admission will become effective on 21 March 2018.
