Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC announces that on 19 September 2017, Ian Page and Tony Griffin sold the shares set out below. The shares were acquired pursuant to the Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC Long Term Incentive Plan exercise announced on 19 September 2017. Ian Page sold shares to fund the tax liability arising on the exercise,  and Tony Griffin sold all the shares he acquired.
