Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC has been notified that on 18 December 2013 Francis Catherine Redmond, spouse of Michael Redmond (Chairman of the Company), transferred 16,942 ordinary shares in the Company to the Redmond Family Trust, for nil consideration.  

Following this acquisition, Michael Redmond's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 73,417 shares, representing 0.084% of current issued share capital.
