Company Secretary Change 

The Board of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC announces that with effect from 2 November 2015 Suzana Cross will join the Company and take up the role of Company Secretary and General Counsel.

Suzana has a background in corporate and commercial law and holds degrees in business and law together with an MBA. Her career spans over 20 years where she has served within the legal profession in the UK and overseas and within a number of sectors of UK industry.

Prior to joining Dechra Suzana was General Counsel and Company Secretary for Victrex plc.
