Regulated Information – Change in proportion for disclosure of major holdings Under embargo until Wednesday 16 January 2013 at 5:45 p.m. CET

Regulated information concerning the mandatory disclosure for the purpose of Article 23 of the Royal Decree of 14 February 2008

Upon decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Deceuninck NV on 18 December 2012, in accordance with article 18 of the Act of 2 May 2007 concerning the disclosure of major holdings, the proportion for the disclosure of holding has been established at 3%.

This percentage applies notwithstanding the legal proportions of 5% and of each multiple of 5% (10%, 15%, 20%, etc.). For the purposes of article 545, paragraph 2, 1° of the Belgian Companies Code applies the proportion which is stated in the article as well as the proportion of 3% which is stated in Article 11 of the Articles of Association.

The notifications concerned have been published on the website of Deceuninck NV (www.deceuninck.com) in the section "Investors/financials/financial news" and in the section "Investors/shareholders info/shareholding/transparency declarations."
