Tom Debusschere (1967), vaste vertegenwoordiger van Tom Debusschere Comm V, CEO

Tom Debusschere is Burgerlijk Ingenieur Elektromechanica met een bijkomend postgraduaat in 'Bedrijfskundig Ingenieur'. Hij startte zijn carrière in 1992 als Logistics Manager bij Deceuninck. In 1995 startte hij een negenjarige opdracht bij de Amerikaanse divisie, Dayton Technologies, waar hij doorgroeide tot Vice President Operations. In 2004 ging hij aan de slag bij de Belgische Unilin groep als hoofd van de divisie Unilin Decor, een leverancier van meubelonderdelen en deel uitmakend van de Mohawk groep. Op 1 december 2008 werd hij benoemd tot VP Marketing & Sales van Deceuninck. Hij werd benoemd tot CEO van Deceuninck op de raad van bestuur van 6 februari 2009. Hij is momenteel lid van de Belgische Commissie Corporate Governance en maakt deel uit van de raad van bestuur van EPPA (European PVC Window Profile and Related Building Products Association), EuPC (European Plastics Converters) en Essenscia (Belgische Federatie van de Chemische Industrie en Life Sciences).

Tom Debusschere is Civil Engineer in Electro-Mechanics with an additional postgraduate degree in 'Industrial Engineering'. He started his career in 1992 as Logistics Manager at Deceuninck. Starting in 1995, he worked for 9 years at the American division, Dayton Technologies, where he became Vice President Operations. In 2004, he moved to the Belgian Unilin Group as head of the division Unilin Decor, a supplier of furniture components part of the Mohawk Group. He was appointed VP Marketing & Sales of Deceuninck on 1 December 2008. He was appointed CEO of Deceuninck by the Board of Directors on 6 February 2009. He is currently a member of the Belgian Commission for Corporate Governance, and holds board positions at EPPA (European PVC Window Profile and Related Building Products Association), EuPC (European Plastics Converters) and Essenscia (Belgian association of chemistry and life sciences).

Tom Debusschere est ingénieur civil en électromécanique et détenteur d'un post-graduat complémentaire d'ingénieur industriel. Il a démarré sa carrière en 1992 en tant que manager logistique chez Deceuninck. En 1995, il a commencé une mission de neuf ans chez la division américaine, Dayton Technologies, ou il a continué a évoluer jusqu'au niveau de Vice-President des Operations. En 2004, il a pris la direction de la division Unilin Decor au sein du groupe belge Unilin, un fournisseur dans le secteur du meuble qui fait partie du groupe Mohawk. Le 1er décembre 2008, il a été nommé au poste de Vice-President Marketing & Sales de Deceuninck. Il a été nommé comme CEO de Deceuninck par décision du conseil d'administration du 6 février 2009. Il est actuellement membre de la Commission Belge Corporate Governance et fait partie du conseil d'administration d'EPPA (European PVC Window Profile and Related Building Products Association), d'EuPC (European Plastics Converters) et d'Essenscia (Fédération Belge de l'Industrie Chimique et Life Sciences).

Pierre Alain De Smedt behaalde een Master Business and Administration aan de Solvay Business School (ULB), een Diploma Handelsingenieur en een Master Economische en Financiële Wetenschappen aan de ULB. Pierre Alain De Smedt is momenteel voorzitter van het VBO/FEB, bestuurder van Belgacom NV, Recticel NV en Alcopa NV. Als niet-uitvoerend bestuurder is hij lid van verschillende strategische, audit-, remuneratie- en benoemingscomités.

Pierre Alain De Smedt obtained a Master in Business and Administration at the Solvay Business School (ULB), a Commercial Engineer Diploma and a Master in Economic and Financial Sciences at the ULB. Pierre Alain De Smedt is currently the Chairman of VBO/FEB, Director of Belgacom NV, Recticel NV and Alcopa NV. As Non-Executive Director, he is member of various Strategic, Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
