With referente to above, we write to intimate that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021, inter-alia to consider and approve unaudited financial results of the Company (stand alone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

As noted in our earlier Updated made on June 30, 2021 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives w.e.f. July 1, 2021 until 48 hours from the conclusion of Board meeting convened for considering and approving the unaudited financial results (stand alone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.

Since the Board Meeting has now been fixed on August 13, 2021 inter-alia for approving the unaudited financial results (stand alone & consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2021, we also intimate that the trading window shall be open with effect from August 16, 2021 for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
