Areas of expertise include handling of direct and indirect tax matters, risk assessment, evaluation of internal controls, understanding and evaluation of systems and processes, fund raising and listing of securities. Since July, 2015 he is acting as an Independent Advisor to various corporate providing specialised services on capital
