Sub: Intimation about the Board Meeting-Update.

Ref: Notice of closure of Trading Window dated 26[th] March 2025. Intimation about the Board Meeting on 19[th] May 2025.

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, on 19[th] May 2025 we have given intimation for the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on Tuesday, 27[th] May 2025 at the Registered office of the Company, to consider and approve, inter alia , the Standalone and Consolidated audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31[st] March 2025.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that in the said Board Meeting the Board will consider the proposal to recommend the Final Dividend FY 2024-25.

In continuation to our Notice for the closure of Trading Window dated 26[th] March 2025 the Trading Window is closed till 29[th] May 2025, i.e., till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st Mach 2025, and recommendation of the Final Dividend FY 2024-25.
