• Mr. K. P. Singh, Independent Director, who is a member of the Committee, is elevated as Chairman of the Committee.

2. Mrs. Mahpara Ali, Independent Director, Member

NOMINATION AND REMUNERATION COMMITTEE:

• Mr. P. S. Rao, Independent Director, is inducted as the Chairman of the Committee.

• Mr. Rabindra Srikantan, Independent Director, is inducted as the Member of the Committee
