Company Clarification

Stewart, BC – As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission the Company is issuing this news release to clarify its technical disclosure. The Company has reported non-compliant historical estimates for the Goat, Red Cliff and Terrace properties on its public website and the February 25, 2020 Goat Property news release. The Company retracts disclosure of a non-compliant historical estimate of resource on the Goat, Red Cliff and Terrace properties. This retraction is necessary as it will require further exploration work for the Company to appropriately determine the relevance and reliability of the non-complaint historical estimate. The Company has not performed any drilling or sampling in order to verify these historical estimates.

The Company states that the Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43101 has examined and reviewed geological information available from public sources related to these properties, and is responsible for reporting the contents of the historic estimates. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as a current mineral resource. The Company is not treating the historical estimate as a current mineral resource. However, the Qualified Persons believes that any historical drilling and analytical results were completed to industry standard practices. The information provides an indication of the exploration potential of the Property but may not be representative of expected results.

Ed Kruchkowski, P. Geo., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101 is responsible for the contents of this release. E. Kruchkowski is not independent of Decade as he is the president of the Company.
