Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, kindly note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of De Nora India Limited will be held at the Registered Office of the Company at Kundaim, Goa, on Thursday, August 05, 2021, at 4.00 p.m. inter-alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2021.
Kindly be further informed that the Notice for the aforesaid meeting is not being published in any Newspaper in view of recent amendment in Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 effective from May 05, 2021.
Further, in continuation to our filing to the Stock Exchange informing the closure of trading window with effect from July 01, 2021, we would like to intimate you that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall reopen 48 hours after declaration financial results on stock exchange.
