De La Rue plc (the "Company") announces that options have today been granted under the De La Rue Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme") which create a change in the interests in the ordinary shares of 44152/175p  in the capital of the Company of Clive Vacher, an Executive Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company.

The options granted under the Sharesave Scheme have an option price of 60.15p and the number granted is detailed below:
