De La Rue plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of Directors and  Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) in ordinary shares of 44 152/175p  in the capital of the Company.

De La Rue Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme")

On 7 January 2019, a grant of options was made under the Sharesave Scheme at an option price of 372.67p to the Directors and PDMRs detailed below:
