Sub: Corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice of the Company dated April 09, 2026

The Company vide it’s Postal Ballot Notice dated 09th April 2026 circulated to the Members on Thursday, 09th April 2026 along with the Explanatory Statement for seeking the approval of the Shareholders for the agenda item referred to in the Postal Ballot Notice, in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, read with relevant rules.

After the issuance of the Postal Ballot Notice, the Company noticed that there was a missing information in the Explanatory Statement of Business Item No. 1 of the Postal Ballot Notice. In order to rectify the missing information, the corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice has been issued to the Shareholders of the Company.

This Corrigendum shall form an integral part of and should be read in conjunction with the Postal Ballot Notice dated 09th April 2026 and is attached herewith.

The Corrigendum is made available on the Company’s website at www.dcxindia.com.

CORRIGENDUM TO THE POSTAL BALLOT NOTICE

We draw attention of all Shareholders of DCX Systems Limited (“the Company”) to the Postal Ballot Notice dated 09th April 2026 for seeking the approval of the Shareholders for the agenda item referred in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Postal Ballot Notice has already been dispatched/emailed to all the Shareholders of the Company on Thursday, 09th April 2026 in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with relevant rules thereunder.

This corrigendum shall form an integral part of and should be read in conjunction with the Postal Ballot Notice dated 09th April 2026. We refer to Special Business Item No. 1 of the Notice of Postal Ballot which pertains to seeking approval of the Members for “Approval for Material Related Party Transactions with ELTX Systems Private Limited, Related Party of the Company.”

After the issuance of the Notice of Postal Ballot, the Company noticed that there has been missing information in the Explanatory Statement of the Posta Ballot Notice in Item No.1. In order to rectify the aforesaid missing information this corrigendum is being issued to the Shareholders of the Company.

On and from the date hereof, the Postal Ballot Notice dated 09th April 2026 along with explanatory statement shall always be read in conjunction with this corrigendum which is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.dcxindia.com and on the website of the Stock Exchanges (www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com).

All other contents of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 09th April 2026 and explanatory statement, save and except as amended below in the explanatory statement by this corrigendum, shall remain unchanged.

The Members are requested to note the additional disclosure as mentioned below as part of the Explanatory Statement of the Posta Ballot Notice in Business Item No.1 and which shall be read as below:

The Audit Committee has reviewed the certificate provided by Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, as required under the RPT Industry Standards.
