Sub: Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") - Expansion of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) Capacity
Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) read with Para B of Part - A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, and further to our intimation dated October 17, 2024, we are pleased to inform that the 1st milestone of the announced CPVC Capex of increased capacity of 20,000 MT has been successfully co1runissioned today.
The project has been commissioned ahead of its schedule timeline of September 30, 2025 and the Company expects to ramp up its production with immediate effect.
The commercial benefits of the increased volumes will also start reflecting in the financials from the current quarter.
The additional 10,000 MT of expansion is on track to our earlier conununication.
