Sub: Reglation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) - Reglations, 2015 Expansion of Chlorinated Pol y inyl Chloride (CPVC) Capacity
Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) read with Para B of Part - A of Schedule III to of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and further to our press release dated November 22, 2022, we wish to inform you that the Company has commissioned its project of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) expansion by 10,000 MT today at Sahupuram Plant, Tamilnadu. The Company expects to ramp up the production and commercialise the incremental volumes in a phased manner.
With this expansion, the total production capacity of CPVC Division of the Company has increased to 20,000 MT.
