ઓપરેટર્સ અને વ્યક્તિઓ પાસેથી રૂપિયા ૫.૨૬ કરોડની રોકડ ૨.૩૭ કરોડની રોકડ રકમ અને શહેરોમાં પાડેલા દરોડા દરમિયાન મળી આવી હતી.આવા લોકો ખોટા બિલો બનાવતા હતા, તેમ ચાલી રહી છે, તેમ સીબીડીટીએ હતું.
સોમવારે ઉત્તારખંડ અને ગોવાના મળી ૪૨ પ્રિમાઇસીઝ પર દરોડા પાડીને તેમ તેણે જણાવ્યું છે.

એનસીઆર, હરિયાણા, પંજાબ, આવકવેરા ખાતા માટેની વહીવટી ઓપરેટર્સ, તપાસ હાથ ધરવામાં આવી હતી, લાભાર્થીઓ અને પેઢીઓ અને કર્મચારીઓ, અધિકારીઓએ જણાવ્યું છે કે સમગ્ર નેટવર્કને પ્રાકશામાં લાવતા ડાયરેક્ટર્સ અને ભાગીદારો એન્ટ્રી ઓપરેશન(હવાલી જેવી પુરાવા કબજે કરવામાં આવ્યા બનાવવામાં આવ્યા હતા અને
આવતી હતી તેના રેકેટ ૫૦૦ કરોડની વધુ કિમતની અનેઅંકશહતો.
આ કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરવામાં આવી દસ્તાવેજી પુરાવા મળી આવ્યા છે અને તેને જપ્ત કરવામાં આવ્યા છે, આ દરોડા દરમિયાન, રૂપિયા તેમ તેમાં જણાવાયું છે.
સંખ્યાબંધ નાની સંસ્થાઓ ઓપરેટર્સ દ્વારા બિનહિસાબી
બિલો બનાવીને ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવતો હતો અને બિનસલામત ધી સેન્ટ્રલ બોર્ડ ઓફ ડાયરેક્ટ લોનો આપવામાં આવતી હતી, તેમ બોર્ડે જણાવ્યું હતું.

માર્ગદર્શિકામાં જણાવાયું છે થિયેટર અને મલ્ટીપ્લેક્સીઝને પુનઃકાર્યાન્વિત કે, આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય પ્રવાસ સિવાય કે કરવા અંગેની જે માર્ગદર્શિકા જારી જેમને કેન્દ્રએ મંજૂરી આપી છે તે કરવામાં આવી છે તે નવેમ્બર ૩૦ સિવાયના કિસ્સામાં બંધ રહેશે. રાજ્યો અને કેન્દ્ર શાશિત પ્રદેશોને ઝોનની બહાર આવેલા છે તેમને શાળાઓ અને કોચિંગ સંસ્થાઓને ખોલવા બાબતે પોતાની રીતે
અત્રે એ ઉક્ષેખનીય છે કે, નિર્ણયલેવાની કેન્દ્રએસત્તા આપી અગાઉ આ માર્ગદર્શિકા સપ્ટેમ્બર છે. આ અંગેનો નિર્ણય સંબધીત ૩૦ના રોજ જારી કરવામાં આવી શાળાઓ અને ઇન્સ્ટીટ્યુશન હતી અને ઓક્ટોબર ૩૧સુધી તે મેનેજમેન્ટ વગેરે સાથે પરામર્શ અમલમાં રહેવાની હતી. ગૃહ કરીને નિર્ણય લેવા જણાવાયું મંત્રાલયે આજે જારી કરેલા છે.
કન્ટેઇનમેન્ટ ઝોન બહાર જે આદેશમાં આ માર્ગદર્શિકા હવે નવેમ્બર ૩૦સુધી અમલમાં રહેશે પ્રવૃતીઓને મંજૂરી આપવામાં તેવો નિર્દેશ આપવામાં આવ્યો છે. આવી છે તેમાં સિનેમા, થિયેટર અને મલ્ટીપ્લેક્સ. જેમાં સિટિંગ કેપેસિટીનો અડધો હિસ્સો ભરી શકાશે.

બિહારમાં તેમજ જ્યાં પેટા-ચુંટણીઓ યોજવામાં આવી રહી છે ત્યાં બંધ હોલમાં વધારેમાં વધારે ૨૦૦ લોકોને ભેગા થવાની અને ખુલ્રી જગ્યામાં તેના કદના આધારે લોકોને ભેગા થવા દેવા અંગેની મંજૂરી આપવામાં આવી છે. અલબત્ત, રાજકીય બેઠકો, રેલી વગેરેનું આયોજન કન્ટેઇનમેન્ટ

કેન્દ્રિય પર્યાવરણ મંત્રાલયના એક ટોચના અધિકારીએ જણાવ્યું
હતું કે દિલ્હીમાં પ્રદૂષણના વધતા જતા સ્તરથી જકડાવાની સાથે કેન્દ્ર સરકારે આ મહાનગર અને એનસીઆરમાં વાયુ પ્રદૂષણ પર અંકુશ લાદવા માટે ટૂંક સમયમાં નવો કાયદો અમલમાં લાવવાનો નિર્ણય લીધો હતો.
પર્યાવરણ સચિવ આર પી ગુપ્તાએ પીટીઆઈને જણાવ્યું હતું કે આ નવો કાયદો માત્ર દિલ્હી અને એનસીઆર માટે બની રહેશે. તેને ટુંક સમયમાં લાવવામાં આવશે. તેમાં કેટલા દંડ લાગુ પડશે તે બાબતે હું કોઈ ટિપ્પણી કરી શકીશ નહીં. આ માત્ર દિલ્હી એનસીઆર વિસ્તારમાં જ પ્રદૂષણને નિયંત્રણમાં રાખવા માટેનો એક નવો કાયદો છે. એર એક્ટ રાષ્ટ્ર માટે છે અને તે યથાવત બની રહેશે.

Notice is hereby given to all such shareholders to make an application to the Company / Registrar & Share Transfer Agents by 16th January 2021 with a request for claiming the unpaid dividend so that the shares are not transferred to the IEPF. In case the company does not receive any communication from the concerned shareholders by the due date, the Company shall with a view to comply with the requirements set out in the Rules transfer the shares to the Demat Account of IEPF, without any further notice.
