Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), this is inform you that Mr. Yadvinder Goyal (ACS-14533) vide his letter dated October 22, 2024 has resigned from the post of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. (A copy of resignation of Mr. Yadvinder Goyal is enclosed herewith).
The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2024 have considered, approved and accepted the aforesaid resignation of Mr. Yadvinder Goyal and he will be relived from services of the Company on or before completion of his notice period of three months i.e. January 21, 2025.
Further Additional Details in terms of Regulation 30 (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. - SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is enclosed herewith as Annexure -1.
