In compliance with the regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the captioned listing regulations, it is hereby informed that in view of the escalating COVID 19 situation and in compliance with the Government Directions, the Company has decided to close the working of the registered office in Delhi for a period start from 23rd March, 2020 to 31st March, 2020.

During the closure, the working of the Company will be adversely impacted. The expected financial impact of the same is not ascertainable at this stage. The duration of the closure will depend upon further directions/orders issued by the Government Authorities.
