The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on October 21, 2019 which concluded at 5.30 pm on 21st October 2019, have accordingly approved the declaration of lockout at its Engineering Business Undertaking situated at Village Asron, District Shaeed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Punjab) w.e.f. October 22,2019.
