Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, please note that in view of adverse conditions and inter-alia slowdown in auto sector, it has not been possible to continue normal operation of the 'DCM Engineering Product' a Division of Company situated at Village Arson, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Punjab-140001.

Pursuant to above development, Board of Directors of the Company will be reviewing various option for restructuring of engineering business/securing strategic/ financial partner for which meeting is proposed to be held on 21st October, 2019.
