This is in furtherance to our earlier letter dated May 14, 2019 intimating you about effectiveness of the Scheme of Arrangement between DCM Limited ('Demerged Company') and DCM Nouvelle Limited ('Resulting Company') and their respective shareholders and creditors ('Scheme').

We have now to inform you that the Board of Directors of DCM Limited has fixed Mav 31, 2019 (Friday) as Record Date for the purpose of identifying the shareholders of DCM Limited to whom the shares in the Resulting Company will be allotted in terms of the Shares Entitlement Ratio as stated in the Scheme.
