Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), this is to inform you that Mr. Ajay Vir Jakhar (DIN: 00156804) vide his letter dated February 04, 2026 has tendered his resignation from the position of Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. February 04, 2026 (from the closure of business hours) due to his pre occupation and other personal commitments. He shall also step down as the Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
