Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, we wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, February 09, 2023, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the 3[rd] quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.
In continuation to our letter dated December 30, 2022 regarding the closure of Trading Window from January 01, 2023 till 48 hours after public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3[rd] quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022, we wish to inform you that the Trading Window will remain closed till February 11, 2023.
You are requested to kindly take the same on record.
