Dr. Vinay Bharat Ram (DIN 00052826),Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company has submitted his resignation of the directorship of the Company and requested to place before the Board for acceptance in the next meeting of Board of Directors scheduled on February 12, 2021 and to comply with the requisite compliances.
Board in its meeting held today considered his request and Board members unanimously decided to request Dr. Vinay Bharat Ram to review his decision and to continue to lead the Company.
Accordingly, the Board has decided to take up the matter of resignation of Dr. Vinay I Bharat Ram in the next Board meeting to be scheduled shortly after receiving his response.
