I refer to our conversation of May, 2019. For sometime now, I have been evaluating my various professional obligations including that of serving on the Board of DCM Limited. Increasingly Ifind it difficult to do justice to this responsibility. Also Ifind the travel requirement arduous.
Consequently 1 wish to tender my resignation from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of DCMLimited with effect from today.
