r refer to our conversation of May, 2019. For sometime now, I have been evaluating my various professional obligations including that of serving on the Board of DCM Limited. Increasingly I find it difficult to do justice t.o this responsibility. Also I find the travel requirement arduous.
Consequently I wish to tender my resignation from the position of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of DCMLimited with effect from today.
Further I hereby confirm that there are no other material reasons other than those provided above for my resignation as Non-Executive Independent Director of DCM Limited.
