This is in reference to our filing with the Stock Exchanges regarding AGM, Book Closure Dates and AGM time etc.

It has come to our notice that we have inadvertently mentioned therein time of AGM 11:00 A.M. in place of 11:45 A.M., while other details & dates are correct.

We are correcting the same and shall also publish the corrigendum in News Papers and inform you. Kindly update every where in your record the time of AGM 11:45 A.M. in place of 11:00 A.M.
