• 1. To consider and approve the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2021 together with the Audit Report.
• 1. To consider and approve the appointment of Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2020-21.
• 1. To take note on Disclosure of Related Party Transactions on a consolidated basis as required under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for half year ended on 31 st March, 2021.
• 1. To take note & discuss on notice received from NSE dated April 13, 2021 regarding Board Composition under Regulation 17 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 w.r.t Corporate Governance Report submitted by the Company to the Exchange for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 and September 30, 2020.
• 1. To take note the Waiver of Fine notice received from NSE dated May 20, 2021 regarding Waiving of Fine imposed for non-compliance with Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for half year ended on 30th September, 2020.
