In accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, Dolphin announces that it today posted a letter to shareholders who currently receive hard copy shareholder information concerning the option to instead receive electronic communications in the future.

This is following the adoption of the new Memorandum and Articles of Association at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 15 December 2021, with Dolphin now able to provide notices or documents to any Shareholder using electronic communication.  Shareholders will now be able to access Shareholder communications (including the Company's annual report) via the Company's website, www.dolphinci.com.
