Audit Update and Change of Year End

The Company is currently suspended from trading on AIM as it has not yet released its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2023 and interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2024. Once these have been released and notified, it is anticipated that the suspension will be lifted and trading in the Company's shares will recommence.

Further to this, the Company is changing its accounting reference date from 31 December to 30 June.  Therefore, the following will be the reporting timetable.

The Company must publish:

a.    Unaudited results for the 12 months ending 31 December 2024, by 31 March 2025 (pursuant to AIM Rule 18)

b.    Annual audited accounts (18-month period) to 30 June 2025, by 31 December 2025 (pursuant to AIM Rule 19)

c.     Interim results to 31 December 2025, by 31 March 2026 (pursuant to AIM Rule 18)

d.    Annual audited accounts to 30 June 2026, by 31 December 2026 (pursuant to AIM Rule 19)
